Training Problem?

1) Tap the Behaviour Index button to identify the issue.

2) Select the Behaviour that you wish to encourage or discourage.

3) Confirm your selection by reading the behaviour description. Tap the "To Modify this Behaviour" button to view a list of drills that can be used to encourage or discourage the Behaviour.

4) Choose the Drill that you wish to use to encourage or discourage the Behaviour

​

5) Read the brief Drill Summary that includes a reference(s) to authors whose descriptions will give you enough information to perform the drill. Tap the "Diagram" button to display a diagram that illustrates the drill (or a phase of the drill).

6) Use the Diagram to help you understand how to perform the drill.

​
