1) Tap the Drill Index button to view a list of Drills & Setups.

2) Select the Drill that you wish to research.

3) Read the brief Drill Summary that includes a reference(s) to authors whose descriptions will give you enough information to perform the drill. Tap the "Diagram" button to display a diagram that illustrates the drill (or a phase of the drill).

4) Use the Diagram to help you understand how to perform the drill.
